Mobile Instructor Kit rental
The Mobile Instructor Kit is a ready-to-deploy training-equipment package for qualified instructors who need the physical infrastructure to conduct an appropriate course before purchasing a full equipment inventory of their own.
The kit can support training for up to 9 learners when the applicable course rules, instructor-to-student ratios, equipment ratios, and site conditions permit. Equipment rental does not authorize anyone to teach or issue credentials.
Course-specific configuration
The exact loadout is matched to the requested course and documented on the rental checkout record. Depending on the approved configuration, the kit may include CPR and AED training equipment, presentation support, first-aid or bleeding-control training equipment, administrative-support items, transport cases, and other course-specific training supplies.
Instructor verification
Before equipment is released, Limen Vitalis verifies the credentials reasonably relevant to the requested course. The process may require:
- Instructor name and contact information;
- Applicable professional license or certification;
- Current course-specific instructor credential;
- Current provider credential when required;
- Issuing organization and applicable Training Center or alignment information;
- Credential expiration dates;
- The course or program being taught;
- Requested dates and training location; and
- Uploads of current credential documents needed to verify eligibility.
Unrelated sensitive information should not be submitted. Social Security numbers, unrelated medical records, and other information that is not reasonably necessary for the rental are not part of the standard request.
Renter responsibilities
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the written agreement, the renter remains responsible for curriculum compliance, learner eligibility, required manuals or digital course products, roster administration, testing and skills evaluation, certification or eCard issuance, continuing-education claims, Training Center processing, and other program-specific requirements.
Renting equipment from Limen Vitalis does not create an instructor credential, expand scope of practice, establish Training Center affiliation, or authorize the renter to represent Limen Vitalis.
Checkout and return
Every rental uses an equipment checkout and return record. The written agreement identifies the equipment issued, condition at release and return, consumables, cleaning requirements, delivery or pickup arrangements, due time, late-return terms, and responsibility for missing or damaged equipment. Any deposit or replacement-cost terms are disclosed before the rental is accepted.
Delivery and setup
Delivery, setup, and breakdown support can be quoted when available. Final availability depends on the course, equipment configuration, location, and requested dates.
Request a Mobile Instructor Kit
Submitting the request is not approval or a reservation. Availability and rental approval are confirmed separately after credential and equipment review.
