Our commitment
Limen Vitalis is committed to providing meaningful access to its website, training information, request process, and customer support for people with disabilities.
We work to use readable text, sufficient contrast, descriptive link language, meaningful headings, image alternative text, keyboard-accessible controls, and layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged. We also review third-party tools that are part of the customer pathway, including Shopify and Jotform, while recognizing that some third-party components are not fully controlled by Limen Vitalis.
Need information in another way?
If a page, form, document, or website function creates an access barrier, email LVMedicaltraining@outlook.com with the subject line “Website Accessibility.” Please identify the page or function involved, the barrier encountered, and the preferred way to receive the information or complete the task.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or service through an effective alternative method while the issue is reviewed.
Training accommodations
Questions about physical participation, communication access, mobility, or another training accommodation are addressed separately on the Training Safety, Accessibility & Participation page. Contacting us before a scheduled class provides the best opportunity to plan appropriate access while preserving mandatory requirements of an applicable credentialing organization.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Feedback is used to identify and correct practical barriers. This statement does not claim that every page or third-party component meets a particular technical standard at all times.
This website and email address are not emergency-dispatch channels. For an active emergency, call 911.
