Scheduling, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Attendance Policy

Scheduling, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Attendance Policy

Limen Vitalis currently schedules training by request. Submitting a request does not create a reservation and no class payment is due merely to request a date. A requested date is not confirmed until the course, location, instructor availability, learner information, applicable Training Center processing, and written booking terms are accepted.

Confirmation and deposit

After Limen Vitalis confirms that the proposed class can be supported, a deposit invoice is issued to hold the date. The required deposit amount, due date, remaining balance, and any engagement-specific terms are stated in the written quote or invoice. Until the applicable deposit condition is satisfied, a proposed date is not considered reserved.

AHA scheduling

For AHA courses processed through our Training Center relationship, standard planning requires roster information at least 20 days before the requested course date. Short-notice requests are welcome, but the course is not confirmed until applicable Training Center processing is approved.

Private supplemental training

Limen Vitalis proprietary skills and simulation training may be available on a shorter timeline when staffing, equipment, travel, and site requirements allow.

Individual cancellation and rescheduling

7 or more calendar days before confirmed training: a learner may request one transfer to another available date or a refund to the original payment method, less non-recoverable third-party materials or learner-specific costs already committed.

72 hours through 6 calendar days before confirmed training: payment is non-refundable, but one transfer may be requested when an alternative date can be accommodated.

Less than 72 hours, same-day cancellation, or no-show: payment is non-refundable and not automatically transferable. Limen Vitalis may make an exception when circumstances justify it.

Private organizations

Engagement-specific quotes may establish different deposit, cancellation, final-headcount, travel, and rescheduling terms. Those written terms control for that engagement.

Late arrival and course completion

Certification courses contain required instructional, practice, testing, and skills-evaluation components. A learner who misses required content may be unable to participate or receive a course-completion credential. Payment or attendance alone does not guarantee certification.

Customer-provided locations

Site suitability and safety must be maintained for the scheduled activities. Limen Vitalis may pause, modify, relocate, or reschedule training when conditions create a material safety or operational problem.
