Training Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to training and related educational services purchased from or arranged with Limen Vitalis. Course-specific descriptions, accepted quotes, and written agreements may contain additional terms.
Private mobile training
Limen Vitalis currently operates primarily as a private concierge/mobile training business. Training is scheduled by request and is subject to instructor, equipment, course-material, travel, site, and processing requirements.
AHA and third-party credentials
When an offering is identified as an American Heart Association course, applicable AHA course and Training Center requirements govern successful completion, documentation, and issuance of the AHA course-completion eCard. Standard planning requires roster information at least 20 days before the requested course date unless a shorter turnaround is specifically approved.
Official ACS STOP THE BLEED® instruction remains governed by the American College of Surgeons program. Limen Vitalis proprietary supplemental education and simulation are separate and are not represented as external credentials unless expressly authorized and identified.
Continuing education
Eligible BLS offerings may include applicable AHA/CAPCE continuing-education credit for qualifying EMS professionals. Learners are responsible for confirming acceptance with their licensing, certification, employer, or regulatory authority.
No guarantee of certification
Payment, enrollment, or attendance does not guarantee successful course completion. Learners must satisfy all applicable course requirements.
Merchandise and tax
Physical merchandise and take-home products are included only when specifically identified. Applicable California sales/use tax is collected on taxable tangible merchandise where required. Training/service charges and physical products may be separately itemized. Tax treatment is based on the actual transaction and applicable law.
Scope of practice
Training does not expand a learner's professional scope of practice, replace medical direction, create authorization to perform regulated procedures, or establish a clinician-patient relationship.
Customer locations and safety
For mobile training, the customer must provide lawful access to a reasonably safe and suitable training area and disclose known restrictions that materially affect the scheduled activities.
Third-party acceptance
Employers, schools, regulators, licensing bodies, and other organizations determine which credentials they accept. Customers should confirm the exact required course before purchase.
