Private training should be easy to understand before you pay for it.
Course listings show the current standard per-person price and expected training time. When a private engagement needs additional instructors, extended travel, custom simulation, specialized equipment, or site-specific preparation, we quote that work separately instead of burying it in an unexplained fee.
Start with a request, not a payment.
Submitting a training request does not charge you. We first make sure the course, learner count, location, requested date, instructor availability, equipment, and any third-party course requirements line up.
Reserve the engagement after the details are confirmed.
Once the scope is ready to book, Limen Vitalis issues the applicable deposit invoice. The deposit, due date, remaining balance, and engagement-specific terms are stated in writing before payment is requested. A proposed date is not reserved until the stated booking conditions are satisfied.
Recognized courses and LV training stay separate.
A private package can include AHA or ACS coursework alongside Limen Vitalis supplemental training, but the programs do not merge. The proposal identifies which credential belongs to which recognized course and which pieces are LV education or simulation.
AHA lead time
For AHA classes, roster information ordinarily needs to reach our Training Center at least 20 days before the requested course date. Short-notice requests can still be reviewed individually.
