Independent business and third-party programs
Limen Vitalis is an independent emergency-medical education and preparedness business. It is not an American Heart Association Training Center.
When Limen Vitalis offers an AHA course, the AHA name identifies that specific recognized course. Applicable AHA courses are delivered by appropriately qualified instructors and remain subject to AHA curriculum, materials, evaluation, Training Center, recordkeeping, and eCard requirements. Applicable course administration is handled through the instructor's Training Center relationship, including Express Training Solutions, Inc. where applicable.
Official American College of Surgeons STOP THE BLEED® instruction is identified separately from proprietary Limen Vitalis bleeding-control, preparedness, and simulation education. Third-party names and marks identify the applicable program.
County naloxone distribution program
Limen Vitalis participates as a community naloxone distribution provider through the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency SD-OEND Program. This relationship does not make Limen Vitalis a County agency, County employee, County-contracted regional training organization, pharmacy, prescriber, or medical-control provider.
County-program naloxone and the brief education required for distribution are provided at no cost. They are not sold, included in paid course tuition, conditioned on a purchase, or exchanged for insurance reimbursement or donations. Product availability and distribution arrangements remain subject to program supply and requirements. NARCAN® is a brand name; the supplied naloxone product may be generic.
Credentials and business registrations
Professional credentials, instructor qualifications, alignments, insurance, and business registrations are represented according to their verified current status. A seller's permit, business registration, insurance policy, or public-health partnership is not a government endorsement of Limen Vitalis or its paid training.

Website content and training descriptions are for general educational and business-information purposes. They are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for emergency services, medical direction, employer policy, or applicable scope-of-practice rules.
Simulation
LV Lab and other Limen Vitalis simulations are proprietary supplemental education unless a separately authorized external course is expressly identified. Simulation may portray injury, bleeding, overdose, illness, or other emergencies using training equipment, moulage, props, manikins, and role-players. Simulated findings are not actual patient-care events.
Accuracy and changes
Course offerings, prices, dates, availability, credential requirements, continuing-education details, service areas, and third-party program rules may change. Limen Vitalis may correct errors and update the website without prior notice. A confirmed written quote or agreement controls over general website language for a specific engagement, but cannot convert County-program naloxone into a paid product.
