Limen Vitalis provides private training by request. Before we confirm a date, we make sure the selected course can be delivered safely and correctly at the proposed location.
AHA planning
For AHA courses processed through our Training Center relationship, participant roster information ordinarily needs to be available at least 20 days before the requested course date. Short-notice requests are welcome, but the date is not confirmed until the required processing is approved.
Instructor staffing
Staffing depends on the course, learner count, equipment, hands-on practice, and applicable program requirements. Additional instructors are assigned only after the necessary credentials and course-processing requirements are verified.
The training space
The customer should provide a reasonably safe, accessible area with enough room for the planned hands-on activities. CPR training may require floor-level practice. Seating, tables, electrical access, presentation space, and other course-specific needs are confirmed before the event.
Learner information
We may need names and other information reasonably necessary for course administration, attendance records, or credential processing. Please do not provide unrelated sensitive personal or medical information.
Course selection
If an employer, school, insurer, licensing body, contract, or regulator names an exact credential, send that requirement with the request. We can help distinguish AHA BLS, Heartsaver, official ACS STOP THE BLEED®, and Limen Vitalis supplemental training, but the customer remains responsible for confirming what its organization accepts.
A request is not a reservation. Training is confirmed only after the course, date, location, instructors, applicable processing, and booking conditions are accepted.
